Before you start
You are an admin of your organization.
1. Add a word
Open Configure › Organization › Call settings and go to Pronunciation. Choose the Language, German or English, click Add word and enter the name under Word, for example your company name.
2. Generate the pronunciation
Click Generate. Under Say it like, the AI writes how the word should sound. Listen to it, adjust the spelling if needed and click Save.
