If you import, you need a CSV or Excel file with names and phone numbers.
1. Add a single contact
Open Manage › Contacts and click Add Contact. Enter a name, that is a first name, last name or the full name, and the phone number. Save the contact.
2. Import contacts
Under Add Contact, choose the import and upload a CSV or Excel file (.xlsx), at most 4.5 MB and 1,000 rows. German column headers such as “Vorname” or “Telefon” are matched automatically.
Only a name is required: first name, last name or full name. But for your agent to call, the contact needs a phone number.
3. Duplicate contacts
Insaio standardizes phone numbers and detects duplicate contacts. You merge them without losing their history.
If you have more than 1,000 contacts, split the list into several files.
