Before you start

You have at least one campaign.

Under Interact › Campaigns you see all campaigns with Status, Start Date, Max Call Attempts and Tags.

In the row menu, click Duplicate. The copy takes over the settings and the complete contact list. The phone number and the tags are not copied.

Tip

Before you publish the copy, check the phone number, tags and contacts, and for a data survey also the topics.

Use the row menu to open Details, Edit or Delete. Drafts without a name are called Untitled campaign.

Note

If a campaign's phone number is released, the campaign pauses automatically and shows the reason.
