Before you start
Choose the advisor at the top.
1. Choose recipients
Open Manage › Agents and scroll to Who else should we notify?. Choose the members of your organization, for example your assistant. Click Save.
2. Set up your own notifications
Under Configure › Account › Notifications you set how you yourself are notified, in the app or by email.
