The call languages in the Insaio language picker

Multilingual calls

Not every customer calls in German. Until now, Insaio switched between German and English mid-call. Now you decide which other languages your AI may speak, and everything around the appointment reaches your contact in their language.

Extra languages per team member

Every team member has a main language and can allow extra languages for their calls. If a caller asks for one of them, the AI switches mid-call. Languages you haven't allowed, it won't speak. That includes English: to keep switching to English, allow it as an extra language.

9 languages in 13 variants

Your AI now speaks 9 languages in 13 variants: German (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), English (US, UK), Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Portuguese (Portugal, Brazil) and Turkish. You allow one variant per language. In every language except Turkish, the AI uses a native voice of the same gender. In Turkish, your team member's own voice speaks for now.

Booking page in German and English

Your booking page has a language switcher. Customers choose whether to book in German or English.

Confirmations in your contact's language

Insaio remembers which language a contact speaks. Appointment confirmations go out in German or English to match.
