AI Notetaker
After a client conversation, the details usually live in one place: the head of whoever had it. Then a colleague calls the client back and has to ask again what it was about.
From today, Insaio writes it down for you. Phone calls and video meetings end on the client's record with a transcript, a summary and a headline.
Phone calls
Every call Insaio takes or makes, inbound or outbound, gets three things.
The transcript is the full conversation as text. You'll only open it when you need the exact wording.
The summary is the part you'll actually read before calling the client back: what the call was about, what was agreed and what happens next.
The headline is one line per call. Open the call list in the morning and you see yesterday at a glance, including which calls need a person.
Video meetings
The AI Notetaker joins your advice meetings in Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, one minute before they start. Switch it on per appointment type and it joins every booking of that type, or send it to a single meeting with one click. Move the meeting in your calendar and it moves too. Cancel it and it stays away. Minutes after you hang up, the transcript and summary are on the client's record.
Consent and data
Nothing is recorded without consent. Processing runs in Frankfurt, and we don't keep the audio. Insaio stores the transcript and the summary, nothing more.
Where you find it
On the call or meeting itself, and on the client's timeline next to the appointments Insaio booked and the emails it sent. Whoever picks up the client next sees what happened, without asking around.
Rollout
Call transcripts, summaries and headlines are live for everyone today. We're rolling out the notetaker over the next few weeks: first to our alpha customers, then to everyone in the beta. Zoom follows after Meet and Teams.
Talk to your clients. Insaio takes the notes.
