Call protection
You decide when and how Insaio calls. This release gives you finer controls for exactly that: your own blackout days, a voice per team member — and numbers that don't exist are never dialled in the first place.
And as always, one rule covers everything: when in doubt, against the call.
Your own blackout days
Weekends and public holidays are already handled. Beyond that you add your own: company holidays, the Friday before a long weekend, the day the whole town is somewhere else and nobody picks up.
Language switching mid-conversation
If your customer answers in English, the AI switches. No hang-up, no second call.
Invalid numbers as their own outcome
A number that doesn't exist isn't "not reached". It's marked invalid and never dialled again — instead of burning five attempts on a dead line.
Voice per team member, name optional
Every team member gets their voice. And you decide whether the AI names the advisor or only your firm.
Campaigns pause with a reason
Release a number a running campaign is using, and the campaign pauses — and tells you why. Instead of quietly stalling.
