Appointment booking
Our AI agents book appointments — and they're good at it. Sometimes too good: three conversations back to back, because the calendar had room. No time for notes, no pause, no slack when a conversation runs long.
From today, Insaio books into your day, not into your grid.
Set buffers before and after appointments and name them whatever you want — travel, prep, notes. The time is blocked before the AI offers it to anyone. And if nothing's free, nobody gets called: a call offering an appointment that doesn't exist is worse than no call.
Buffers with your own labels
Before, after, or both. Freely named, because your buffer isn't our buffer: one broker needs twenty minutes to drive, another needs ten minutes to write up the conversation before the next one starts.
Slot intervals and appointment length
Appointment length and booking grid are two different things. A 45-minute appointment doesn't have to sit on a 45-minute grid — offer it every 30 minutes, or every 15. Lengths from 5 to 120 minutes.
No calls without free slots
If there's nothing free in the booking window, the AI doesn't call. The attempt isn't spent, the contact stays in the campaign, and the call happens once something opens up.
Identity check opens every conversation
The AI's first question is always whether it's speaking to the right person. Everything else comes after. Until that's settled, nothing about the policy is discussed — no matter who's on the other end asking what.
